I am not the same girl that joined the military. I have seen the fragility of the cycle called life and death. I have found love in the people around me....and I've lost it as well. I have grown stronger and wiser but at the cost of learning the real meaning of fear, of which I will never forget. I've learned to hold on to my hope, otherwise I would be lost and swallowed whole by my demons.

I am not that same farm girl that blindly followed her brother. I am something more.

I am a soldier.

I was a little depressed today so I drew Nat. Kinda helped. Now to go back to work on the mission.
