I reeeeally needed to get drawing a good picture of this guy outta my system....Speedpaint my left optic sensor.... I was doing quite well on speedpainting when I started this... then his FACE happened, which I had to do like 3 times.... I really wanted him to come out well and not like some kinda bishonen Starscream. Then I started adding a background... so this ended up taking like 5 hours instead of like 2 or something. Β¬_Β¬
For those of you who know Sy, I'm not big on villains at all.... but I do love seekers! They're so cute, with their little wingies! X3 And Starscream... well, believe it or not, he's my favorite Transformers character. I don't even know why, I don't usually like bad guys! But I really enjoy this guy, he's hilarious! So... I kinda cheated and said that this is 'pre-Cybertron war' Or maybe at least pre-'Con.... cuz... I felt guilty drawing a Decepticon! XD So I just left out the sigil on his chest. And... apparently his comlink is on his arm? Whyyyy? =_= I just say he's swatting at the smoke. XD I think he's doing a funny pose.
He was QUITE the challenge, actually! O_O His proportions are all distorted so I had to figure out how long to do what, and all that weirdness! He's far from perfect, but I'm super happy with how it did come out.
Yes. I gave him fangs. Fangs are cool. In the tone of Strong Bad.... "so majestic...."
So.... Transformers Prime version Starscream, some... made up version of Sunstorm.... Skywarp, and Thundercracker's butt. XD

I fixed his head so it's no longer a dumb dome anymore, it's actually got the finny thing on the side of his head. I also added a few other touches... and Slipstream. I added Slipstream. I had to. =_=

I wish in "Transformers Prime" that they would've added the other Seekers like Thundercracker, Skywarp, Sunstorm,etc. in the series. That would've made it more awesome in such a way; maybe even funnier.

I think your work came out magnificent. The important to do is to take your time on your work to your best judgement. If you like it, then that's what counts.
Starscream's always been my absolute favorite in the Prime series. I like other characters like Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Raf, Fowler, and Knock Out too, but Starscream's been the one who stood out the most.

I've loved Starscream's character for a long time. He's funny in some of his downfalls, but I think he's the best villain in all his glory.

A lot of people love Starscream, including the puny Autobot sympathizers. He's easily one of the most popular characters of the franchise. He has a mercurial personality that kind of makes people want to punch him in the face and then give him a hug. He's predictably unpredictable. He never gives up. He has NO shame. He usually has some of the better designs as well. Its just fun to watch this character in any circumstances. Have you SEEN the body language they give him in Prime? Sassy Starscream is Sassy all the time. Its awesome!
I like the picture as well. Is that Sunstorm I see in the background? Or just some random, yellow Seeker?
I think pre-war fan arts are always interesting, especially since we really have NO IDEA what Starscream was like or what he did before he joined the 'Cons and his background story, if any, seems to change with each series. I really wish they would come of with a Starscream: Origins comic or something.
