Oils and Mixed Media 2001This work was inspired by an artwork from the early part of the century titled “wireless telegraph”. But this work focuses on the wireless internet because at the time I was very interested in getting wireless internet for my ipaq.

I like this a lot. I'm fond of puns on words and creative use of language. Marcel Duchamp once said the only thing language was good for was poetry, as it was impossible to express anything other than abstraction with words. I love the fact that the theme is technology while the piece still resides in a solid, traditional, tangible form.
Aside from that, I love the colors and intersecting blends.
