A custom icon requested by Subeta user TvK. She wanted the bottom of the ball to be "Luxray blue". Did I get it right?
I should have; I pulled the colours right from Luxray's ear

Right-click it and save it onto your computer somewhere. Then, go to your profile and click your icon. It'll pop up a little window; click Upload, select the file you saved, and click Save.
Then, since I always ask for people to credit me for making the icon in their siggy, just post a little note like "made by CanYouCeeMe" in your siggy.
