EDIT: I added a little more wings to make him look more like he's flying.Since HeartGold/SoulSilver's release, I've been wanting to do a bit of fan art just for fun and practice.

Nice! ..But I'd almost wanna say his outline should be thicker or somethin. He just seems a 'lil blurry around the edges. I'm sure that was intended, though. Just my two cents.

If you wanted, you could add some motion blur and/or more wings to show that he's flapping his wings, but this is perfectly fine.
I love the shading on his face and horn.
