se me permite uma dica, na hora de fazer um cabelo, altere o brush para que na ponta saia mais fino ou transparente para que fique mais real, um pouco de Gaussian Blur tbm ajuda, aqui um tutorial simples de como fazer o pincel para o cabelo [link]
