Personal Information
Personality
[ Bright / Modest]
Bright - Being it that both her parents are quite intellegent felines, it is only natural that Kari is also of advanced intelect. She attempts at washing herself already, and knows not to triffle with any rules her mother has set for her and her siblings. Listening to stories is a favored past time of hers, especially because she adores learning about history. Like her father, Kari is determined to learn all that she can about the world around her, and will gladly ask anyone she meets for direction. She is no shy she cat. It helps that she is the daughter of not one, but two tribe officials, which gives her the extra advantage of making it easier for others to bend to her wishes. Not that she likes to take advantage of such a leg up...
Modest - As stated before, Kari is....well, not very full of herself. Don't misunderstand, she is not self-effacing in the slightest. It's just, when you have two silvers for parents, along with a silver uncle, it's easy to let power go to your head. And easy to have cats expect more out of you than for usual kits. Kari doesn't really like these expectations. She prefers to be judged for who she is, not who her parents were. Anyone who mentions her parentage will receive and awkward look to the side in return, and a shrug. Kari does love her parents dearly, and she's thankful for the live she's able to lead. But she prefers to have the same treatment as everyone else, and really doesn't enjoy being treated like royalty.
[ Distracted / Abrasive ]
Distracted - People who are smart have their mind in several different places at once at a time. Kari is not exemped from this apparent rule, and it's pretty easy for one to see why. She has mastered the skill of 'making it easy for one to see when you're not paying attention to them'. She will literally turn her attention to something else quicker than one can twitch their whiskers. Don't be alarmed; she hasn't bored or lost interest in what you're saying. She's just found something more interesting to stare at and listen to. Of course that's still pretty rude. She means no insult; it's just how she works.
Abrasive - Like her mother, Kari is....well, not the gentlest of she cats. She's straight forward, like her mother, and due to her observational attitude, has a problem with picking apart a cat and telling them exactly what she sees about them. Not that she'd immediately judge a cat on their appearance or anything shallow like that; she just likes making observations. Loud observations. But this can be seen as a good thing, in some ways. You always know what she's thinking, since she'll always tell you. That is, if you ask her nicely.
[ Realistic]
Realistic - A trait her father passed down to her, Kari is not a dreamer. She knows that she won't always get what she wants. She knows bad things will always be happening around her, and she won't be able to stop them. And truthfully, it doesn't bother her all that much. Pretty hard heart, for some one so tiny. And while this may seem positive in some aspects, it can also be negative. Kari's apparently lack of whimsy may some times force her to be critical of those who do. And her frank, to the point attitude will pretty much force her to point it out and call some one ridiculous. Not a very appealing trait, to be honest.

History
Kithood
Shortly after the Caiman war, the silver water, Tuari, was found to be pregnant by an unknown sire. Once born, it was found that the litter's father was the newly appointed silver Earth, Soren. Unfortunately, one of the three boys was still born, leaving only three remaining kits. This consisited of Ru, Zu, and Kari herself. Currently, the trio resides in water tribe with their mother.
Extra Facts
- Her ears are extremely sensative, and she hates them being touches
- She is part of the second litter in TGB to be born between two active Silvers
- Due to siamese roots from her mother's snowshoe genes, Kari was born with a lighter caramel hue than she will be when she's an adult
- While she seems to take after her father in both appearance and personality, Kari has a secret favoritism of her mother
Role-Play Example
[ Pink-Orange Earth / Iris / Pheasant woods ]
The guard apprentice was surprised by the willingness he showed in revealing his name, though she has no way of knowing it was kit or true. She was shaking against the wall by now, and her trapped counterpart wasn't far from her. Actually she feel his flank on hers, shivering just as terrible as she was. Iris couldn't help but find comfort in the terror the the other adolescents showed. She hated others being uncomfortable, but in this type of situation, having another has fearful as herself was almost acceptable. Of course the young tom waved off his reaction with a quiet assurance of everything being 'good'. No, nothing was good. Nothing at all was good. Rey's going to be worried sick, and she hated adding more problems to her mentor's already difficult life.
She was far too engrossed in her own anxiety to notice that their only entrance to the rest of the world had been blocked. Of course. Of coures. Of course she'd be stuck in here with some one she'd just met who'd already shown she was less than preferable company. Of course it had to be when a raging thunder storm was reaping its fury over the land, possibly washing water through any small crevices in the block and leading to their eventual watery deaths. Why did she even leave camp in the first place? She stared into the murky darkness, the only sound her and her fellow adolescent's frantic breating, and the contant drip drop of water inside the crevice. "This is terrible." she whimpered, back legs weakening and forcing her to sit.
She wanted to lean against the other, at least to share warmth or offer some comfort to her horribly faint heart, but something told her the tom would detest even the thought of bodily contact. From her at least. Tears started to well at her eyes, mixing with the water already spiking her fur. Her breathing quickly became uneven, but she chose not to voice her despair. No, that wouldn't only make it worse. Then she wouldn't be able to suck it up.
