Overall pretty good, could use some clean up but that will probaly come with pratice itself. Nothing major, but you could work on hair some more. The mass falls flat here

I perhaps would have used a more definate light source for the top panel... maybe some deeper shadows? I don't know... feel like the top panel for being so crucial should have a little more 'oomph' behind it.
