There's a Lady Deadpool comic~ c:
I love your costume, though! Did you make it, or were you able to explain to a seller 'Hey, bro, I'm a female, so fit it for breasts and hips'?

The bottom middle pic got me thinking that Lady Deadpool was saying "It's a celebration, bitches!"
Everything looks good, did you do this when the Deadpool Corps graphic novel came when Lady Pool was in it?

Nope. Check the date, I did it before Lady Deadpool was announced as a real character and LONG before she actually made her first appearance in Merc With a Mouth #7

Hey, nice work man.
Is there any chance I could get some tips/techniques/patterns/ideas for creating my own costume?
I too am a Deadpool fan. No interest in comic conventions, but the idea of dressing as my favorite Marvel character at parties and when cooking breakfast was too irresistible to pass up so I made myself a Deadpool Hood back in early 09.
Now I love making costumes, I've made a medal-laden military dress uniform, an enormous victorian ballgown, Jay Kay's hat (the Statue of Liberty Jamiroquai one) but of all my creations, this tiny little hood gave me the most trouble. The pattern was tricky, but after looking closer at the comics, I came up with one that used only seams that were illustrated in the comics and was (best of all) simple to cut. The real hard part however was sewing spandex... easy enough if you only want to go straight, but curves were impossible to sew by machine.
So now I've spent the last half hour drawing up a silly paint diagram of what I did and (approximately) what shapes I used to do it. But I would love to pick your brains for tips and ideas on finishing the piece (making a full suit.) For instance, how did you get the chin definition? the whole going from my fat head to my skinny little neck thing left me with a great big saggy chin and I have no clue how to fix it without adding heaps more seams (maybe I have to >___>)
Anywho, good to see your amazing effort.
Hope to hear from you sooooooooon!

What, you haven't seen the time stamp when this was submitted?
I was Lady Deadpool before she existed in the comics.

My father. He was a Captain in the army and still had all of his army equipment. He eagerly gave me everything he had and I just pick and chose the ones I felt would be best for Deadpool without being overly Rob Liefeld'd.
My chest holster and leg holster I believe are from the Korean War, my belt is from WW2 and I just strapped my swords to my back and belt.
