Description
This is a painted version of a drawing I did years ago. I finally felt inspired enough to try and use Corel Paint and that drawing was the luck test subject.

It's not perfect, but I'm pretty happy with the results. Link and Navi were painted entirely using the oil brushes and the background was later added in Paint Shop with a gradient and tubes of grass and bushes, then morphed using the brush effect. Navi has a tube of a star over the main part of her body for extra emphasis on her fairie light.

Link of course is the hero from the Legend of Zelda series. I believe I drew the original while I was playing Ocarina of Time. Navi was his fairy guide throughout the game. Both characters property of Nintendo.
