I gotta stop uploading at 1-2am...But I got on a rolllll baby, I started this around 7-8pm? And did not stop until I finished him.
Here is my OC Finnian! Most people (inside and outside of stories) call him Finy.
I created him back in 2016 for a roleplay that didn't live very long xD

His full bio will be in his ref, but here's a short tid-bit on him:
Finy is a dragon-shapeshifter, he has a humanoid form, but he was born in the form of a dragon. He acquired his humanoid form through means of magic later in life, when hunting dragons was greatly rewarded and he needed to be, ya know, not a dragon and live. Finy is often seen in his humanoid form, he is terrified to take his dragon form, as he's one of my more slender and frail dragons.
(He's built for speed, magic and swimming in frigid waters)
He often sells himself as a wizard/mage/whatever the magic user title the area he's in requires. As in both forms, he can use ice magic and only ice magic.
