I've been visited by a Muse. And it wasn't fun.He told me that I've been lying on my big, fat behind for too long, and all the while complaining that he never visits. He told me that he was going to whip me into shape. So... this is the second half of the double Jrock-wallpaper feature this evening. I present to you, Kamijo of Versailles (Philharmonic Quintet).

OMGosh, have you seen the cover art of their regular edition of their new single "Philia"? I thought it was Kamijo, but it wasn't! Apparently others thought the same thing, because he had to tell in his recent blog that it wasn't him.

... why would people think it's Kamijo himself? That sounds like something Yoshiki would do... but not Kamijo?

I thought it was Kamijo because of the build, the roses, and that hair! He's had hair like that before, even with the Destiny single with those extensions. And the fact that the cloth is only draped around the person's posterior and nothing around their breast led me to believe it was a man. But, I was really shocked by the image when I thought it was Kamijo. Kamijo is a good boy and doesn't go around naked like Gackt and Yoshiki like to.

When I looked at the build, the first thing that came to mind was that it was a woman. I guess all those years in anatomy class paid off!

I think it's odd that they would choose to put a random woman on the cover like that, especially one that resembles Kamijo enough for some fans, such as myself, to mistake her for him. Hmm . . .

... Maybe that was the original idea. They wanted someone to stand in for him.... but she was too good.
It's not the first time they put someone random on the covers, though. There was a random female hand in "Lyrical sympathy", right?

I think it's because you have your eyes on the men and not the women!
Now... Lillie Charlotte in vampire form... that's a new one. I haven't even thought of that, at all. It could be a possibility... but I'm going to go against that. Lillie has always been the symbol of purity and innocence. It'd be a desecration to her memory to turn her into a vampire, wouldn't it?
