It was time I made something for #mermay ! I would have loved making more, but I'm super busy with both schoolwork and commissioned work, so this will have to do ;v;
I had the concept for this drawing in mind since the end of October, but I had other stuff to work on so I put it in storage until now. I think it's been good for it to mature and shift until becoming this! I struggled a lot putting the idea in paper, I had lots of doubts and mistakes, but I finally embraced the process and it actually turned out cool!
Some friends already told me they like my skeletal mermaid. What do you think? c:

The original is in an A5 sketchbook of mine, and made entirely with indian ink.
