Description In my opinion, Joker is by far the best villain ever!! Not the new live action movies, though. I love the Joker from the Animated Series! Of Course I had to make a Joker doll sooner or later, so I thought I would just make him now. I'm so glad I did! 

I wanted to use Alpaca hair for Joker, but I wasn't sure how to do the pointy hair that the Animated Series's Joker has, so I kind of just went with the flow and made the hair in whatever way I felt like.  I also got to dye his hair, which I love to do!  I used the same doll pattern as normal, but I used a much thinner crochet thread just to see what size doll it would make. Joker is about the same size as the Carl doll I made a while ago, but this time I put wire in his arms and legs so he can do weird Joker like poses.

Watch out Batman, here comes Joker. His hair looks fantastic, you dyed it in the perfect color. It looks so fluffy and soft, just like real hair!

I would love to see a batman that you made! 

My next doll will probably be a Harley Quinn...I just
need the time to make her. Since Christmas is getting
close, It's hard to find time to make something for 
myself!

Well, the one who requested Batman hasn't contacted me anymore and I've given the commission slot to someone else.  

I know what you mean, Christmas time seems to get stressier every day. I have the feeling I've never written as many cards as this time. But I suspect I'm really slow lately. Which I really need to chance starting tomorrow. I want to make 3 Micro dolls.

Aww, I really wanted to see your version of Batman.  

I decided to make all of my family a pair of super warm socks. I finished my
Grandma's socks, but Now I have to make three pairs of socks for men with
very big feet. At least I'm making them out of Sports weight yarn so
they don't take quite as long to make. 

I hope you can get everything you want done! I'll be here to cheer you on!

My dad was excited too, to see Batman....*sigh* Maybe when I have some free time I try a Mini one.

Christmas socks! Well I just got mine through the mail (THANK YOU! ) and they're so cool and warm and lovely and just christmas-y.
So men with large feet...they will only get sneakers then.

I'm glad you like the socks. I can never say no to cute little
Christmas socks, but I have so many.  

I've already made two pairs of those large socks. Only one pair left
which is good because it's only two weeks until Christmas. I'm
trying a new way of making the last pair of sock. I'm knitting them starting
at the toe instead of the ankle. I hope they come out right.

I'm totally trilled by the socks!  I've never really seen socks like these here. But when I snuggle up on my couch now I wear them and I feel like Christmas then. Thank you so much again!

I keep my fingers crossed that all the socks will be finished in time! :fingerycrossed: I have never knitted socks, I really don't know where you normally start.

I'm so glad you like them! We have so many socks like that
here so if you ever want more just let me know. (I love looking at silly socks)

I've only got one more sock to finished so it should be done by Christmas.
I normally knit the socks ankle to toe, but they can be knitted from toe
to ankle, or I think there are some socks that start in the middle and go
to the toe, then from the middle to the ankle.

Oh really? I never thought about silly socks but I love love love the ones you send me. I need to see if I can find some special socks for you here.

I would have thought starting at the toe is 'normal' but when I see so many knitting needles at ones I faint before I can start thinking about normal

Would you like me to send you more? The stores are already putting out Valentines day stuff, and 
I think I saw some adorable socks with hearts all over them. If you do find some, I would love to
have a pair.  

It does looks intimidating with all of those needle, but I promise it's not so bad. As long as I
don't have to make four pairs in a month I really enjoy making them!

When I was in town with my mom in Saturday I looked around for cute socks, but they either were for children (much too small) or not cute. But there are two more stores on my list, at least one will have something sweet.
I guess the market here is really REALLY small.
If you won't mind sending one, yes, I would love one.

Yeah, the amount makes it. I know what you mean. A little bit is okay, a lot can be good and challenging too but too much is just horror. T^T
