Description EHHH! Ok, so this is the second picture I've made recently this week, I got into the mood again. haha I'm glad I did too! Anyways, this has roughly 20 layers, not counting what layers were merged together. About 3 hours to do this one, and I used Photoshop Elements 7 and a Bamboo Craft Pen and Touch tablet!

No problem, I had the size of the brush on 33 px normal and the strength on 8%.
