I finished this concept art a month or so ago yet I never got around to actually posting it.

This is my UTAU Kinoa. She was an "upgrade" to Inoue but now I decided to split them into different characters that focus on voice types. Her focus is on the Core, natural voice type, and on the English bank I am working on using Sango's CVVC list.
