Form the Current RP, between me anUii Scientists managed to get their hands on Shatter dream.
Needless to say shes pissed about this. She was never directly involved in the War, but after this it can be assumed she'll have acquired a hatred for the Uii.
As to how they caught her... that is a Uii military secret.
