Description Imagine if you will... a Battle ship... that functions like a Mech!

This is what replaced the Gunter Battle Mechs, Its Big, its Bad, and It Friggin Powerful! (

The DeathStalker Heavy Distroyer Battle Mech, designed to latch on, and rip its Target Apart. (or just crush anything smaller)
or use its 4 short range Ion burst Cannons, to blast its target to bits!

Or last but not least, its Shock Wave stinger, capable of Firing Antimatter Wave pulse, that can rip right through almost any alloy! (it takes a long time to charge up tho)

More of a Ship than a Mech, it is fully capable of intersteller travel, and ship to ship combat!

But Its real strength is when its on the ground!

In the air its just like any other battle ship, with etiquette Shielding and armor. Its main week point is its underside (the large light gray ball it its power core) any amount of fire to its underbelly, and the DeathStalker Will be Crippled, or destroyed!

Its top side on the other hand, is covered by Zero Point armor, Witch is completely immune to Flack Weapons, and can shrug off most Medium, Lazer fire (Light Lazer fire is as useless as Flack)

Once it touches down tho, It's shields will focus into a dome over top of it, making it almost invincible!

The only way to destroy it, when its like this, is to try and flip it over and attack its week point.
ether that of hit it with a Really, really, REALLY Big Gun!

Its also vary slow on the ground, because its armor is caked on extremely thick, Slowing it down alot, making it vulnerable to faster enemies!

Its ALSO Vaaary expensive, costing a hefty amount of energy to forge! (also takes about 2 weeks to finish just one)

Can Carry a crew of 35, but only needs 2 Va-Takin to pilot it!

Its weapons and armor, are as fallows:

Weapons:
Ion burst Cannon claws x4 (Two small, two large)
Shock Wave stinger x1
Anti Bio Venom (Inside stinger)

Armor:
Zero Point armor Plating (Immune to Flack Weapons, and light lazer fire) (can take about two full Salvos from a Star Ship)
Ion Shields (Half charge Immune to light Lazer fire, Full charge Immune to Medium Lazer fire)

Drive system:
Microwave Hyperspace Drive

Max Speed:
Air~ Mach-1 to light spreed
Ground~ 50 mph

And the information is also very well detailed.
Nice job on this one

Whatcha mean by 'flack' weapons, and does that include hyper-velocity slugs?

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-08 21:06:48 +0000 UTC]

Yep! X3

Zero-Point armor doesn't exist. That is, once it is attached to a ship and then enabled, it is difficult to even detect that it exists using normal sensors. It is not a stealth material (unfortunately). Rather, it is almost like wrapping a black hole around a ship.

Zero-Point armor doesn't create a gravitation field by default. Instead, it creates a reverse gravitational field based on reacting to force. The greater the force impact on the armor, the more reverse gravitational force is created. Zero Point armor has a nearly infinite potential for refracting kinetic mass impacts. The net effect is that when struck by mass driver weapons, they literally bounce off harmlessly.

Ah...so basically, the LESS powerful the kinetic weapon, the more likely it would do damage? That's like shooting at someone underwater! XD That was on Mythbusters! The really low-powered weapons (ie a handgun and a low-powered rifle) were able to penetrate the water, but the highpowered stuff (like hte .50 calibur sniper rifle), the bullets shattered on impact with the water.

No its more like, it doesn't matter how hard you hit it with kinetic weapons,
Every thing will just bounce off, as if you threw a pebble at it! X3

Yush! =3

Only Lazers, Plasma, and Particle weapons, can effect Zero Point Armor!

Ovni-the-UFO In reply to Slushy-man [2008-10-13 15:10:24 +0000 UTC]

Odd...I mean, missiles, at least with high-yield warheads, normally don't detonate right when they hit something. Alot detonate in 'roximity', raising the chances of doing some damage over a wider area. That's why you never detonate a nuke on the ground, the damage is more widespread if you detonate it in the air. :3

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-13 15:15:24 +0000 UTC]

Its still Kinetic, If it blew up under the DS,it might do some damage, But everything ontop would just ignore it!

I don't see how heat and radiation is kinetic. >: *shot*

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-14 23:06:37 +0000 UTC]

The Explosion is a Kinetic reaction!
And heat isn't a factor.. if it was, then super heated flack shots would be all it takes to get through Zero Point Armor!

The heat given off, from a Missile Explosion is superficial at beast, not even close to Super heated flack rounds!

what if it's, say, a thermonuke? weaponized lasers don't come close in enegy output to that. XD *prod* I'm just curious is all

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-15 22:09:29 +0000 UTC]

Energy output yes... But its not focused!
Its just a big blast, that gos in all directions!

Heavy Lazer fire has all the Energy output, focused onto one point!

In the end it comes down to control. You could have a ton of power, But unless you can control it, Focused it onto one point, Its not gonna do a thing!

Ovni-the-UFO In reply to Slushy-man [2008-10-16 13:20:02 +0000 UTC]

Shaped charges are used on nukes most all the time, to focus the blast at the ground. o: They don't want it going every which way, they want it going one way so it will penetrate and destroy bunkers and whatnot.

I'm makin a spaceship. :3

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-17 13:59:12 +0000 UTC]

Key word is "penetrate"!
Zero point armor, is made to not be penetrated!
No matter how hard you hit it, its just gonna bounce off harmlessly!

Yay Space ship! ^-^

...methinks you're not aware of what a nuclear missile's primary damage is. XD; Plus lasers don't use ions OR plasma as their primary damage.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-19 00:10:13 +0000 UTC]

If nuclear missile's did damage to Zero point armor, They would have done so in Galactic Civilizations!

Ion cannons, and Plasma blasters are just two examples of lazer weapons!

Ovni-the-UFO In reply to Slushy-man [2008-10-19 14:34:24 +0000 UTC]

Ah...

That game got lasers wrong, sadly. <.<;; Those are Directed Energy weapons, like lasers, but a laser specifically is Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. In other words, it's a beam of high-energy photons (like the radiation from a nuclear blast) that are 'in-phase' with each other, allowing for a tightly concentrated beam that can travel for hundreds, if not thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of miles. :3

GAH, I went all technical again. .-. Sorry!

*hides under several cleaner robots*

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-20 05:41:55 +0000 UTC]

What you just described is the first level of simple lazer system!

After that it gos up to, Plasma, Phasors, Ion, All the way to Death Ray!

And like I said before, Light lazers have no effect on Zero point armor!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Ovni-the-UFO In reply to Slushy-man [2008-10-20 12:24:26 +0000 UTC]

I mean real world lasers, everything else are classified as 'directed energy weapons'. XD The game doesn't understand that LASER is SIMPLY an acronym. It's not a 'type' of weapon, it's a 'specific' weapon.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Slushy-man In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2008-10-22 00:38:33 +0000 UTC]

but...butbut...the laser STARTED in science fiction, and science fiction is usually based at least partially in fact. D8 that's what seperates it from fantasy! *sobs* ;.;
