And shouldn't Mario's birthday be that of the arcade Donkey Kong game and not that of the first Super Mario Bros.? I mean, Mario's origins did come from there... If you ask me, it's more like Peach's, Bowser's, and Toad's birthday than Mario's (or Luigi's, since Luigi first appeared in the arcade Mario Bros. game).

Yeah, but Super Mario Bros. is by far the most relevant Mario game, even if Mario first appeared on Donkey Kong, it doesn't compare on the impact that Super Mario Bros. had, that and the fact that SMB made the base of what a Mario game should be (or at least have)
