You've drawn the gaster blaster in quite an interesting way, it looks kinda like it's... hooked to some sort of wires? Is leaving a trail behind? Has elongated body? That, plus Gaster's cane is a nice touch too.

This is incredible and deserves so much more attention! I love your use of color and the gorgeous light effects in the blaster's mane.
The skull looks slightly canine, but the long neck reminds me a bit of a Chinese dragon; all in all an unexpected and badass combination <3
