That could either be awesome or a disaster! If done right (kind of like Stuart Little was), I would so totally watch the heck out of a live action Tom & Jerry! But it might also be as bad as the Garfield and Smurf movies were!

Yea, after the T/J movie from before where they talked and had a complicated story it's obvious this can't work. Like even here if they kept them mute, it'll still fall apart because they couldn't duplicate that level of cartoon violence prominent in the series.
