I was checking out the news section of the cotswold wildlife park I went to recently. I saw that Jessei their male amur leopard was put to sleep in February after illness from old age - 18 years.At my visit in January, he was quite active and was walking around a lot. I didn't know this at my recent visit, where only one leopard was visible - his daughter.

It's always a shame to lose a big cat. But he lived a long time. RIP.
