The last part with Noatak and Tarrlok actually startled me because it was so unexpected... I have mixed feelings about it...

it was cheap and a complete waste of two great characters with so much potential to go places in the story. even if they were on time constraints and lack of episodes and what not, it's no excuse for the atrocious way they chose to deal with these characters. feeling like all hope is lost? better commit suicide and murder my brother at the same time! for a kids show that tends to have hopelessness as a recurring theme, they could have done better with that ending. i could go on!! >8/
