Description
Naruto and Sasuke here. I used a DNAngel artwork for reference (poses, costume, BG) for this artwork so credit goes to Yukiru Sugisaki for this. Just thought the art was cool, and I drew it in Naruto style hehe. ^^Anyways, it's already 1AM here and I'm sleepy - been working over the weekend so I could meet my deadlines. I also went to the carnival yesterday - I had fun but I also got tired so I'm off to sleep in a few minutes! Bye!

Yay for more Naruto and Sasuke!! How did you make the rain? One person said they made lines then erased some of them to make them look like smaller individual rain drops. It sounds easy but it's difficult!

It's similar to the chakra strings that I thought you, use Line Tool then a lil bit of Outerglow. You could also download Rain Brushes for Photoshop via here on DA or at Google which is really helpful too!
