Based on an idea me and disscused regarding a "Neo-Nam" art direction of a quasi-futuristic version of the Vietnam conflict. It's a shame PMG doesn't have a real M14, only M1As.Related content

The idea wasn't really about another conflict in Vietnam. It started from a discussion a friend and I had about the Fallout universe that led to the literal opposite of said universe, a futuristic past filled with stuff from sci-fi like the soldiers being almost being exactly the colonial marines from Aliens or the jungle being the forests of Pandora, stuff like that.

I don't see how that would be hard to aim. the ironsights are there, the buttstock is extended and there's more room for the face to lay. Scopes would be able to be used.
And to your non shooting thing, PMG is not made to represent the internals.
