Well, I got this one chugged out much faster than the rest, huh? yeah, I was kind of obliged to, in a way.

I intend, within the remainder of this year, to get the review of Random Access Memories out, this You're SPECIAL out (which will knock off all the side characters of the main protagonist's main party), another poem out, and hopefully, to close it nice, one last photo run, assuming that the two photo groups that I usually send my submissions out WOULD ACTUALLY ACCEPT OR DENY MY SUBMISSIONS ALREADY so I can gauge which photos I'm going to make into wallpapers! Not to mention the massive faves I'm going to get once I upload all the wallpapers! So here is one monkey scratched off my back, and seeing that I was still debating on adding any additional FOE related content, I decided that after I get this, Malevolent Relics, and Main Antagonists out of the way, that I'd make a brand new You're SPECIAL separate from the ones I made back in 2015, called 'Puppet Masters'. The two characters that I will go into detail are (From FOE), Watcher, Or Spike, the dragon that would 'coerce' Littlepip to gather up the elements of harmony, and (From Project Horizons) The Legate, another major antagonist from said story that had a more insidious hand in it than Cognitum did. Still unsure how I'm going to curb the specials for this, but for now, stay tuned for something completely new and different, like my poem Seahorse.

Now onto the pets. I had contention to either subtract the initial base special from these characters, as these characters are completely tertiary in usefulness, as Pyrelight can't use firearms and Boo is almost a vegetable in function save for Discord harboring her mind. Instead, I kept their base 40 specials, and subtracted their available perk points to a Level 50 base, which is the 'unofficial' level cap of Fallout 4. So they have 38 available perk points, which balanced out nicely with how specific these two are useful to the party. Anyway, The vectors I used, since I still use them, the Pyrelight one is from sirhcx , which I believe is the same one I used in the original You're SPECIAL For the Pets, and the Boo vector by LittleStarWanderer . Fortunately, these two did not give me as much trouble as the previous, other than the Boo vector being of lesser quality in comparison to Pyrelight, and Pyrelight's frame of body considerably smaller than Boos. STRENGTH

Iron Fist

Boo/Discord Boo has a very, extremely rudimentary way of self defense, which it just comes down to cowardly running into her opposition to escape. I guess it works, what with her cuteness and frail body, but the most basic of the iron fist tree.

Pyrelight cannot pick up any items for anyone, wield weapons, or deal melee combat apart from her fire breath, so Pyrelight is the first in this series to get no perks from a attribute.

PERCEPTION

Night Person

Pyrelight Seeing that Pyrelight is a phoenix (get it, SEE?), Pyrelight's immolation gives her a bit of foresight for things around, and with her being a bird, perceptive creatures they are, are especially good during the night.

Locksmith

Boo/Discord Again, what with Boo's extreme inability to do the most basic of human (or pony) functions other than reptilian, only really amassed a knowledge of lockpicking by being trapped with Blackjack for a extended period and learning to open lockers to get her cut of snack cakes to eat.

Awareness

Pyrelight Being a bird, a flaming, reincarnating bird, Pyrelight is capable of seeking out danger and enemies from a long range, especially in close proximity to her master, Velvet Remedy. You need the Nuka World DLC to do this, so if you don't have it, I guess you can give Pyrelight a point in Iron Fist in strength!

Boo/Discord While Boo is a bit daft when it comes to danger, what with Discord worming his way around her soul, and Boo's inherently timid and paranoid state, both come to make Boo somewhat perceptive of her surroundings, enough to have survived longer than most Blanks do.

ENDURANCE

Solar Powered

Pyrelight Pyrelight, is, a, fucking, phoenix. She basically IS the sun at this point! But on top of it all, the crazy amounts of sunblasts she can do (with Ditzy Doo) implies that Pyrelight can harbor the magical properties of the sun with her radiation, somehow. Well, I'm exaggerating, basically, Pyrelight can self heal exceptionally good when and if the sun can be cleared from the huge torrents of sky.

Ghoulish

Pyrelight While Pyrelight isn't a ghoul, Pyrelight is a balefire phoenix that basically breathes radiation, so she qualifies for what the perk insists: healing based off radiation. Pyrelight will even sometimes deliberately bathe in pools of radiation to strengthen or heal herself if necessary, much to the duress of her radiation-ailed friends.

Rad Resistant

Pyrelight This is a redundant point, but did I mention that Pyrelight is a radiated phoenix? yeah, I shouldn't have to explain why she gets huge points in rad resist, practically benefiting from it in any way.

Chem Resistant

Boo/Discord Seeing that Boo can't really comprehend the act of being addicted to anything, you could say that inability of cohesion can make her somewhat resistant to chem usage, as she won't have the instinct to demand more or gain a tolerance for it.

Lifegiver

Pyrelight Being healed by the sun, being healed by radiation, is there nothing else that Pyrelight needs to survive? I guess high amounts of health, as most other practical firearms can still hurt an otherwise 'immortal' animal.

Lead Belly

Boo/Discord A blank is basically a fully grown adult, clean of any ailments or maladies, so it could make sense why Boo is considerably more tolerant of drinking dirty water. That, or maybe boo doesn't understand that it's not good for her?

CHARISMA

Party Boy

Boo/Discord This perk is more designed for Discord himself, as he tends to be a agent of chaos, enjoying all the fun he can, even in the post apocalypse where everyone is out to kill him for being a Draconequus. While the perk specifically gives resistance to ailing affects of booze and beer, seeing that Discord can fourth wall any ailments out of Boo, it only makes sense he would have a perk like that.

Animal Friend

Boo/Discord Well, i mean, Boo is basically a 'animal friend' right? This perk is more tied to her disposition to other humane ponies than Boo herself.

Attack Dog

Pyrelight Like with Boo's Animal Friend perk, The attack dog perk for Pyrelight is more designed for her allies, as Pyrelight has unflinching care and devotion to Velvet Remedy, for simply sparing her over a raider and of Velvet's adoration of animals above all else.

Cap Collector

Boo/Discord Boo's childlike curiosity, combined with Discord's unfathomable luck, combine to make a pony that will come across a lot of coin in her life.

INTELLIGENCE

Chemist

Pyrelight Well, I mean, in the most circular kind of logic, Pyrelight 'is' a chemist, right? She blends her foes into a fiery, radioactive mist, right? Isn't that proper chemistry? Well, in the more technical case, Pyrelight can use her fire breath to start fires or ward off enemies, or even ignite certain projectile weapons to the advantage.

Scrapper

Pyrelight Again, really trying to reach here, but Pyrelight's radioactive fire can scrap a lot of metal that enemies might be using for cover THAT COULD possibly be used for useful scrap, perhaps?

Hacker

Boo/Discord On top of teaching Boo to lockpick in the most rudimentary of ways, Blackjack let Boo play on her pipboy in the most rudimentary of ways, giving her a very basic idea of how hacking terminals works, even if she doesn't know what she's doing.

Gun Nut

Boo/Discord On the off chance that anyone unlucky enough would give boo a gun, she 'can' use it, mainly only in her maw and only by complete accident, but knowledge is knowledge.

Medic

Pyrelight Only selfishly for herself, as Pyrelight does not have arms or the means to heal anyone, Pyrelight is perfectly capable of getting health in a number of ways as a result of her condition.

VANS

Boo/Discord With Discord leading Blackjack the right way while embodying Boo helps give Boo some idea as to where she will go, or need to go, even if basic.

AGILITY

Blitz

Boo/Discord In spite of Boo's naivete, Boo is extremely good at hiding in weird places, more than likely because Discord can make her disappear if need be, to keep her and him alive.

Quick Hands

Boo/Discord Boo's hands aren't typically full, so it makes sense that she can help Blackjack and crew out when they are in need of a steady supply of something, be it bullet or food.

Ninja

Boo/Discord Not exactly when it comes to hiding, but when it comes to surprise attacks by Boo, done completely by accident no less, Boo is quite exceptional at that technique.

Moving Target

Pyrelight As with basically any mobile character I've previously covered, or any flying character, Pyrelight is considerably agile and small in stature, making her a hell of a frustration to target.

Action Boy

Pyrelight With the aforementioned moving and daring around is the constant supply of AP. seeing that using Jetpacks in Powerarmor consume AP, it only makes sense that flying would too, often that Pyrelight will rest on Velvet's back or shoulder when not in combat.

Mister Sandman

Boo/Discord What with Discord's otherwise dark humor amiss a dark world, it would be sort of sardonic of him to eliminate or incapacitate his/her opponents with some poetically ironic ways.

Sneak

Boo/Discord Discord is a trickster, a sower of chaos, a 4th wall breaker all in one. Boo is a blank that is literally of one color palette. Combine the two, and you have Houdini in Pony form.

Gunslinger

Boo/Discord What with Boo only being given a basic pistol that she almost treats like a snack, Boo has her status in non-combat the whole way with the mere exception of occassional pistol fire.

LUCK

Grim Reaper's Sprint

Boo/Discord Being able to luck out with someone who can distort reality to their whim (even if in a limited state), Boo can also possess surprising stamina with her ability to flee from combat mid fight.

Crit Banker

Boo/Discord Again, Discord's lucky charm of a soul embedded within Boo gives her just enough capability to store some surprise crits too, seeing as most enemies are caught guard by her unimposing nature.

Idiot Savant

Boo/Discord Boo is basically a vegetable without Discord leading her along, albeit only vaguely in a sense. With that in mind, she can use her own naivete as a bonus to distract or surprise enemies unbeknownst to her condition.

Mysterious Stranger

Boo/Discord Discord's ability to luck out Boo in any dangerous situation, even in his weakened state, also plays well into the Mysterious Stranger perk, a perk entirely based on one's luck.

Bloody Mess

Pyrelight What with Pyrelight's destructive fire and radiation, she'll make a bloody mess out of you, even if the blood is mostly burnt out and you're in a tub of radioactive goo.

Scrounger

Pyrelight Like with the Scrapper perk, Pyrelight's ability to scrounge shit up is only completely incidental, as she has a tendency to burn almost everything around her.
