My first plate in History of Interior Design (repeat subject
) I thought ma'am Custodio will not let us do plates... huhuhu... Every friday night i feel like im a vampire! No sleep at all 
then i look like a drug addict every saturday morning.. hahaha!
well, I scanned this plate because I want you guys to help me. This plate is a product of cramming
Uhm, i don't know how to render lighting fixtures such as chandeliers. I don't know how to render lighting effects I don't know how to render shadows, or simply i don't know how to put shadows...Please critique my work
BTW, i used marker to color my baroque interior...
not scaled.
baroque living room. (baroque living room has no sofa because people before loves to talk and talk and talk! mga chismosa daw)

Well the drawing is faultless and personally i think it's gorgeous! I'm designing a ballroom in home and i'm soo stuck for sources of inspiration! (that's how i found yours) Any tips?

imagination lang katapat nyan
memorize the pattern you "see" and trace with a pencil
oh and the factors to consider as to how dark the shadows are:
1) light source-- artificial lighting -generally- create darker shadows than sunlight (taking into consideration that we are in an architectural context and that the only natural lighting would be sunlight that pass through windows)
yes. lighter shadows from sunlight. sounds counterintuitive, no?
2) amount of ambient light-- modify your decision by lightening the shadows according to the amount of ambient lighting available opposite the light source
at siyempre, darken the shadows according to the amount of ambient light available adjacent the light source
once you've decided, fire away with your expensive alcohol markers (lol)

sunlight that seeps into a house will have been bounced a few times sa mga surfaces sa bahay, plus the fact that clouds act as giant diffusers
household light fixings on the other hand aren't diffused and proceed to create -relatively- harsher shadows
(Special cases exist of course. I could very much be wrong on a lot of stuff I said
