ay greetings good user, I'm from to have some critique for this pic
So to start with want to point out some plusses and first one which spotted is good work with particles, since they not only moves viewer's eyes on the butterfly greatly, but also showing the light source (which is the same butterfly I suppose) and also how they spread, spreading the light with them
Next thing to point out is the butterfly itself. it's drawn in quite simplistic style and it goes only into plus since it not making viewer's eyes stressed and also it's pretty pleasant to look at
and last thing from plusses is silhouette, since it leads eyes on a butterfly and just shows a direction quite nicely

As now to a minuses, which sadly are overcoming plusses a bit
First one is character's face, or a head's position if to be more direct. problem here is that it looks a bit unnatural, but thankfully it can be healed by references OR just taking a photo of yourself in a pose you're drawing. this can help out pretty much in many situation when you can't see clearly how the bodypart should be
Next thing is chest and torso. must say it's quite tricky to draw a characters at such angle since there're some curves which we don't note in 3/4 pose (which is more common). yet what can help here is an anatomy of muscles, it can help to understand all the curves and bumps under such angle and why I'm noting it is quite simple
Third minus is clothes. thing is that it looks like if was wore on a mannequin or so. clothes should fold and fit the bodyshape. best example of what I'm saying is character's elbow. in there the coat should fold a bit while the inner fabric (which goes ouf of coat) should fold and slip back because of gravity
Summarizing must say that this pic is BEAUTIFUL. yes it has flaws and some are critical in my opinion, but the plusses I named above compensates them

of course, glow is your forte/trademark, haha ~ it honestly gives a magical feel to the piece, good job!!
