The lighting, shading, proportions are all very good, her legs are confusing me, but that might just be because I'm dumb.
Really, the only thing here is that the goat looks like it was drawn somewhere else and then kind of slapped on top with no blending.

haha you're almost right. I had the image completely done then I realized I forgot the goat.. it was after I had flattened the layers.. so I just drew right on top. ^__^
