It's a Halloween thing.

Okay, it doesn't really count as pure photography, as I edited the contrast, turned the human shadow into a wolf shadow in the background, and removed two little toys that were on the shelf when the picture was taken, as they didn't fit the atmosphere all that much. But everything else isn't altered.

That would be me, playing the ever so cheesy role of a vampire slut on Halloween (mind you, I've never dressed up as a vampire before, and I suppose everyone is allowed to do it once in a lifetime). The wolf shadow... well, the supernatural species ideology is rather conflicted and complicated within me. There's a beast within, and a night within, that's for sure. And it is what it is what it is.

I remember someone telling me that they'd lose me the day I looked like this. Well, I am afraid I do. And losing me is something I'd never stop anyone from doing. But the real question is, how do you lose the night?

I have no regrets. Besides, hey, it fits my new novel.
