Description Sorry about the stupid title, but hey, traditional art from me!

This is something I've been working on for quite some time, actually. I started it as a doodle in a chemistry class a few months back and liked it enough to continue. I finished it during some downtime at work about a week ago, and I gotta say that I'm pretty pleased with it, especially since I didn't use reference and it's been a while since I've done any big cats. Well, enjoy!

This looks like the real deal even if you had no reference or practice with big cats. And I think the title fits since its eyes are what most drew me in about the drawing. Great stuff.

You did an amazing job! ESPECIALLY for not using a reference at all...that's amazing! All the fur detail, and it's all going in the right directions and everything...I love those stunning eyes as well...so bright and intelligent, they really draw you in!

Thank you so much. I started with the eyes and liked them enough to keep going. Another drawing I'm working on (that I can't post just yet because it's a gift for my dad and he'll see it before I give it to him )helped tremendously with fur directions, particularly around the muzzle area.

The fur around the muzzle is the most tricky part I think =o
