Told you I was working on something decent.
This is ma bear. I'm extremely pleased with it except for three things-the main one being the fish. Part of that is the scanner's fault, but, then again, I've never really drawn a fish before...and don't mention anything about the muzzle or eye placement. I know they're off. Full view recommended.
Time: 20 some hours
Medium: colored pencil, baby

Bears can be a bear to draw (I know, I paint them alot...)...getting the fur to look proper. It's impressive done with colored pencil, so all the more power to ya. That's a great picture....

I know you've heard this before but...
while this was slowly loading I was wondering "Why did they submit a photo to the traditional art?"

Can you say DAMN!? good god where have I been lately? I will be over there sometime tomorrow- well considering it is 12:16 at night, technacly(...don't say anything...)it would be later on today but ya... the fish tail/fin looks a bit odd as well as the eye placement and the muzzle but WHO THE HELL AM I TO CRITICIZE? I LEARN FROM YOU! Amazing job. at first glance, I thought you digitally added the background but I saw the pencil marks. It looks like the scanner ate a bit of it but it's still amazing!

What threw it off as a drawing is the fur on his legs, it doesn't seem quite right. Not that I could do it any better of course.
