ahem...
I got sick of seeing so much Sonic Mpreg that is yaoi, especially Sonadow, (not in a homophobic way! ) so I thought of another pairing to do it with, and kind of half-jokingly thought about a Sonamy one... ooh-hoo hoo... whoops.
The story is after a long and crazy night of drinking, a drunk Amy wonders what Sonic would like with a baby bump. Which would be fine, if she hadn't also accidentally swigged a magic potion (!) which makes her wish come true. The less said about the rest of that night the better, but not long after that Sonic disappears from her life until she finds him again months later like this, and they come to a rather shocking conclusion...
I hope Amy is up to the task of fatherhood!
I believe in terms of being one of my classics, this at least scores a Tomb of the Cybermen if I say so myself.
Also, why do I get the feeling this idea has been had already? It's like some sort of deja-vu...
Now I REALLY gotta go to bed... everything aches....

Well, to be fair, I think Amy is still the mother. Maybe Sonic fertilized the egg, but it moved from Amy to Sonic.Β That's the way Seahorses and Leafy sea dragons do it, so maybe that must've happened.

I feel sorry for all women who aren't automatically infertile or something. If you don't want another being growing inside you, you can feel like your nightmare is with you every step, every second of your life, like you're a walking bomb or something. If you don't want it, you're so vulnerable and somebody could rape you without warning, and you'll have to devote the rest of your life to the results.
I don't think my personal fear comes from it feeling alienish and weird, but normal and mundane... a way of instantly taking someone's life away and making them something else whether they like it or not.

I really love the poses you drew the two of them in, and Sonic looks awesome with a big belly.^^
Part of why this pic pushes the right buttons for me is that it's the first time I've seen mpreg in the context of a hetero relationship. I think the idea reversing the roles- Amy as the father, Sonic as the mother- while at the same time keeping their normal genders, is a lot of fun, and I think Sonic and Amy will be quite happy after their initial shock wears off.

8cough* Um well, yeah... I don't usually tend to draw stuff like this as it just slightly gives me the creeps. But I just can't get over how cute and sexy some preg pictures can be. I'm actually supposed to be taking the baby element out of it and replacing it with that thing in cartoons where a character will look fat all of a sudden when they've eaten too much.
