Well, I think it's more the other way around seeing as Bella existed on dA since some time in July or August, but as I can see your Siery was first shown on a pic you uploaded in Dec on the 12th of 2013. So

well, when your character has no face, similarities are pretty common there. I wasn't expecting Bella to be the most original character in facial appearance.
