These guys are used to guard chickens and will chase anyone who dares to harm normal chickens and other Cockatrices from threats.
Unlike chickens these guys can fly and can breathe a element breathe just like dragons do.
Cockarice eggs are used in magical dishes and spells
Most bakers have them as mascots for a good reason
Tip. Only turkey cockatrice is the only breed that can be cooked and eaten same with duck cockatrick and wild game cockatrice.
No chicken cockatrice and no wild cockatrice and no parrot cockatrice. These can't be cooked or eaten.
Most monster and other speices of creatures who try to cook / eat a cockatrice learn a painful lesson the male cockatrice ( rooster ) tent to get very agressive and very protective of his flock that incules those he really trust. Ginger is one of Alavi's pet Cockatrices and is very friendly with click who belongs to but all the cockatrice espeically Ginger he tents to follow Click or Alavi around when ever he sees them. He always making a soft clucking noise when he very happy.
