While the title Is "When Dreams Die", which brings to mind you have not yet achieved your dreams, I find a contrasting juxtaposition in your place of observation- you are elevated, surrounded by clouds and a clearing blue sky, which to me suggests that you have already obtained some of your dreams. That is not to say the impact of watching other dreams die is lessened, so much as that perhaps in the pursuit and accomplishment of one particular dream, we have to give up on others.

Wonderful view. I felt the place in the clouds was more about a moment of quiet contemplation, a place away from the din of the world to hear your own thoughts and come to terms with the state of your own heart. Thank you so much for your comments! Beautiful ideas!

Nicely put! However, Einstein and Shakespeare's careers both ended in death! Ha! Oh, well. That's the beauty of art. You can take your pain and all the unrequited things in your heart and make it into something bittersweet and beautiful.
