oh oh i thought of something cool we could do at MTAC. I'm gonna see if my dad will let me borrow his awesome camera. If he does, I was thinking of setting up a photoshoot. Not the kind that Gaara did but like...more pro and personal like the kinds Parle Pro, FDP, and the like do. I want to work on my photography and i got interested in it from looking at Cosplay shoots.
I'll even send special prints (framed or something) of peoples favs to them if they want. you think it's a good idea? I so want you in it

Yea, that sounds like a great idea.
(Though I have a question. Would you allow the cosplayers to post a few of the pictures on their own sites, or would you just post all of the pictures to your site?)

Oh they can have the pics they want. I'll take them with my camera and theirs too. I have photoshop so if they want anything really cool done with it other than a "click-snap there's ur pic" photo then I'll do those. most of them will be put there just for little things but any custom jobs people can order prints from me.
dA doesn't allow you to sell prints of fanart or cosplay stuff thru them so it'll be just like my other stuff. in the artists comment. I'm trying to practice making this a real business. other than making all the artwork/jewelry/cosplay stuff i do, i want to do cosplay photography as a kinda....part time job. i guess.
i still have tons of kinks to work out with this idea, but i'll be talking to anyone who wants to be involved. spread the word and tell whoever to note me if they want to do this. that way i can meet them there.
