The world is coming to an end. I just finished readind Hellsing too and this reminds me EXACTLY like the scenes where the Major is invading England and bringing it to flaming ruins as his blimp is crashing it, only in color and much more detailed. Dark and grim with imposed reds, yellows and oranges to shed light and contrast in the picture. Fantastic work.

And congrats on being the Deviant artist of the month.

This reminds me of a recurring dream I used to have of spaceships coming down at night to take over the earth. All the people, including myself, would run around looking for somewhere to get away from them--- but they were everywhere. Very scary! And in this context so is your picture!!

i didn't like it, i don't think it looks dark or "destroyed" i just think it looks messy.

the black clouds don't have any kind of volume
the small fire on the front and right side look gray.. too gray.. like you just put black on it..
