PMD-E NPC Suggestion: Queen Cruel the Tentacruel

Queen Cruel is very large and extremely old Tentacruel, who's patience grows shorter with each century that passes. She rules over all squid like pokemon and is said to travel the world's oceans protecting the creatures that inhabit it from the terrors of the land dwellers. She takes this responsibly very seriously and shows no mercy to the inferior land creature. She is repulsed by those who choose to stay between both land and sea and refuses to offer her protection to them.

She claims to have been given the right to protect the sea creatures by the mighty lord Kyogre it'self, however, it is unknown if this is true or not for she has out lived most pokemon. Her old age has brought her much wisdom and she is knowledgeable of many events that have happened outside of her domain. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.
