So far it seems the main difference between these characters is their ears. If you're interested in diversifying them further, you could try exaggerating the differences between these three further. Go beyond what you're comfortable with. Make one's nose LONG, another BLUNT. One's jaw line could be very ROUND, while the dude's could be much squarer.
