I can't picture Jack and Elsa being in a serious relationship but, I can totally see Jack constantly flirting and annoying her. Then after awhile Elsa would grow found of him and give him kisses on the cheek to tease him. That's just my headcanon.

Ya know, that's kinda cute! Personally, I like the idea of Jack flirting with her for the longest time, and then Elsa finally admits she likes him, only if he stops annoying her.
