It reminds me of some ancient chinese art you might see on display in a gallery. It is very peaceful and relaxing...Being a scorpio, I am attracted to water, but this makes me want to fly...

It's quite beautiful. Perhaps consider making the clouds (it that's what they are) a different color from the dragon. It just looks a bit flat being only one color, but that's just my opinion.

I like him... it's like a sea serpent... only in the clouds. ^..^ Using the level of detail to convey distance is also a good touch, and it makes him/her look huge-mongous. Which I'm sure s/he is. -..^
