Description Guh, textures. I don't even know if the grunge works or not, I'm just done with trying.

Hitsugaya's one of my favourite Bleach boy wonders. One thing about using traditional lineart- it goes blotchy when I colour it. It bugs me like crazy, I have no idea how to fix that. The only really sharp lineart I've used has to be digital, and I hate inking digitally. Bah.

MSPaint and 1000 hours LOL. The creativity burns. I know I screwed up his haori. Damn circles! D:

The power of Hitsugaya compels you to now! I haven't been watching Bleach for over a month, shame. D: I feel like I fell off the wagon there.

About the blotchy line art, I've found out that happens when you draw on a smaller scale. How big do you draw it? With such detail you'd probably need to be drawing quite big. Although, you can't tell on this scale anyway.
The blues look very nice and those wings are excelent.

Ahh, the lineart is quite small, I think it fits onto 3/4 of normal printer paper. I draw relatively tiny pictures- the detail is made possible through a .3 mechanical pencil. Any larger, and I lose it. D:

Thanks for your comment!

Well what I do is draw it as big (read:small) as I want, ink it, scan it and print it out huuuuuge and trace it for my final version with thin clear lines. Takes a long time though, digital inking sounds better hey. XD and that is why I don't use lines in my work.
