Hi guys! Wanted to get back into the fun of artwork by drawing out an image on my mind since last September (the one on the right). The posing and outfit were inspired by a mannequin I saw while I was out shopping, and I thought it was so calm yet cute that I couldn't resist creating my own interpretation featuring my version of Hatless Balan here (credit goes to 's gorgeous Balan Wonderworld artwork here and on Twitter, along with , and 's equally gorgeous adaptations of those pieces, for needed a good reference to draw that ponytail. I'm so sorry for not asking beforehand, but all credit goes to you, you brilliant artists. Keep it up!).

With how calm the pose was, I couldn't help but imagine persona Lime the Rabbit sitting on his lap, so I couldn't help myself in including him. It was all sweet and peachy, but then I remembered their version of Balan, and I thought it would be great to bring it all full circle. He really looks like the kind of person to go gaga over someone or something that he might find adorable (heck, he's like that to the Tims, and even my version did that to my character upon first meeting her), so the scenario you see right there with my Dragonsona on the left was quite a no-brainer. Especially since they both have heart necklaces.

Looking at the colors of Lime-o-Greens ' Balan, they're really warm, and that drove the color choices for my version's outfit and the two sceneries. I had a little bit of trouble getting their outlines down perfectly, but after all that struggling (especially since one of the manga pens I use for Balan's hair has tried up...) I hope it turned out good and Lime-o-Greens likes it.
