The most underrated FoE villain. Don't remember her? She's responsible for the Enclave destroying Friendship City, and she's one of my favorite one off villains.
Raspberry Tart is an unusually obese mare, especially considering the scarcity of food in the Wasteland, she is head of the merchants union, as well as running the Common Room. An untrustworthy mare known for being into illegal dealings, Raspberry Tart is a smooth talker, keeping a charismatic grin on at all times. She may try to seem nice, but her true nature shines through, making her kindness seem slimy and false. She wasd secretly in communication with the Enclave, prepared to let them into Friendship City, preventing the locals from defending themselves. Her fate after the Enclave's attack is unknown, she managed to escape on a boat before it blew up.
In case you can't tell, her cutie mark is a grenade disguised as a tart. SYMBOLISM AWAY!
