In case you don't recognize her, that's Crescendo, one of the singers for "The Princess Twilight Cometh."
Her personality is basically Willie from the Indiana Jones movies, but less bitchy, more like medly from G1 mlp.

Hello New ship! And new head canon: daring doo is a real pony and her stories are based on her real adventures, however the marketing team that distributed her book decided to change them so that they where more action packed and got more kids attention. I assume daring was pretty pissed off at their decision.
Anyway, she's not a fictional pony and can date other ponies.
