The last two lines are a little confusing. Her dreams are coming true, to an extent, because she's coming home and he's there, so she can see him, even if he will never be hers. And yet, she's still hopeful that perhaps one day they can be together, so she says that she'll still wait, because no matter what happens, she'll be there for him.

I'll have to let you borrow "Ganktustou: the Count of Monte Christo." That's the anime that inspired this poem. It actually started as a song...but I never wrote the rest fo it. I still have the tune in my head though. Glad you like it!
