funny you mention that cuz in the comic I'm reading Ratchet says and I quote, "I'm a doctor, not a warrior!"
I can see them yelling at each other all the time, constantly complaining how one would very well mess up the biological structures of a crew member, and the other complaining how the others skills were inadequate. WheelJack would fix something one way and Scotty would change it back. Kirk and Optimus would keep making orders that conflict. And Spock... hm I do wonder who he'd meet in the TF universe? Perceptor maybe?

I can see Wheeljack and Scotty getting along well actually. Kirk and Optimus would have some interesting discussions about why they give the orders they do. But yeah I can see Spock and Perceptor commenting about how illogical every other interaction would be.

I was thinking Boba Fett would come across Starscream, maybe on tatooine during the Jabbas Palace escapade. Then they'd meet again after Fett crawls from the Sarlaac Pit, Screamer beats him some, then Dengar comes and saves Fett. All staying in the canon ^^
