Again, another request for the awesome participants on the forums of The Steampunk Empire. This pouch design is for the artist, scientist, adventurer, or anyone who needs to have a pad for notes, coordinates, and/or rough sketches. It attaches to a standard 1 1/2" belt. The front has 2 snaps that allow it to flip down to access the removable writing pad. It has 2 slots (one on each side) for writing utensils about the size of a standard pencil or pen. (I can make larger slots by request.) The front has a 1 dram vial for ink of anything else they user chooses. I have made the writing pad from a parchment style paper a cutting a standard 8 1/2" X 11" resume paper into quarters to make it easy for the owner to add sheets at need. The pad is held together with 2 screw posts. The leather is stamped with a few clockwork designs for decoration, and finished in a rich antiqued brown. Also available in black by request.
