Hehe... I know. I've had this coat ever since the early 90s but the coat itself ist from the 50s someone told me. Due to the way the leather was prepared. I love the thing, believe me.

When I first came to DA I faved one of your pics, and THOUGHT I had DevWatched you... but, alas, it seems I did not. Well, I am looking through my favs today, find the pic I faved long ago, and here I am wandering through your incredible gallery when I stumble across this cool photo. I know you didn't take it, but it's still very cool.

Well, now you have me on the watch. Thanks for that!

In your last journal I read, that you liked "Der Untergang" a lot. So do I. Ganz's performance is so unbelievably intense, that I got the creeps more than once throughout watching that movie. But I disagree that Hitler gets even the smalles bit more sympathetic trough this performance. The best the movie shows is, that this monster was not a monster coming from a diferent planet, but an ordinary human being and eaten up by his hatred, mistrust and fear. That makes the history person and the movie all the more frightening I believe and that is good! It shows that any person with the right (or wrong) character can turn into a mass-murderer.

The best thing about the movie is that it is a german production thought.

Ganz was so Intense... and pelase, don't take me wrong when i said that the character's were sympathetic... I just meant basically what you said, that they now seemed human, and not just monster's from another planet. I certainly do not mean to suggest anyone should walk away going "Aw... he was so misunderstood."

And yes... it was a FANTASTIC German production. Just like the Wannessee Conference, Das Boot and Stalingrad were all excellent. There is one German movie I saw which I can not remember the name.. but it was about a former SS officer who starts seeing the "ghost" of a jew he killed.... and eventually he goes insane, and starts living like a jew beaten up at one point because a gang of thugs thinks he's a jew... anyway, I saw it once, can't remember the name, and it's been driving me nuts for years!

Anyway, glad I stumbled back upon your excellent work. Keep it coming man... it's inspiring.

That's great to see you "at work" I've never been to to WGT, I hope I can one day and meet you there! (if you want!)

I'd love to meet you one day, but I strongly doubt that I'll go to the WGT again unless I have business to attend to there. This years WGT was a big disappointment, since I had neither the muse nore the time to really go to concerts and the crowd at the agra was merely a walking X-Tra-X Catalogue.

What's "X-Tra-X catalogue"? Anyway, you live in Germany, right? I've been there several times, but it's been such a long time I haven't bee there Where do you live in Germany? My German is a bit rusty, but I guess it would come back quickly. I miss some food (call me stupid but I love the "Schweinesschnitzel paniert" thingee, as well as "Zimt Milchreis", mmm!) and stuff like the recycled paper, and the tall people...

You like tall people? What do you consider tall? I am 1,86 m is that tall? Schweineschnitzel paniert is not my kind of food, since I am a vegetarian but I like Milchreis with Zimt. If you get to go to germany, I'd be more than happy to meet you! I live in Gießen, which is about 70 km north of Frankfurt/Main.

OK, then I can imagine, why you like to be around tall people... Great size for a model, but not so great for every-day life, particularly being a woman, I recon.

Well you see, that's strange (or not) because when I was younger, I had a real complex on my size, but I feel great like I am since a long time! When you're a teenager, and when you're 20cm taller than anyone else, that's annoying, but fuck, now I'm really glad to be that tall. When I'm going around anywhere alone, I don't get annoyed as much as other women (though when you're a woman you get always annoyed by dickheads).

X-tra-X is undergroundfashion shop in Germany and in internet (www.x-tra-x.com). there are also lots of stuff related to gothic lifestyle etc. And quite many people (including me) buy/order gothic-/cyber clothes from X-tra-X.

Ooops... I hope my remark didn't insult you. For me it was sad to see, that a whole scene is dependent on one shop. And even sadder it was to see, that the kids buying stuff there actually feel great to be ripped! They always think, they have a bargain by getting 25% off the regular prices. But thats ridiculous.

Of course you didn't insult me and you're right, it's really sad that this scene is dependent on x-tra-x, but the truth is that in Finland there is only one gothic shop and although most of its clothes are from x-tra-x, they are much more expensive. Me and my friend have quite similar style and taste so it's starting to get difficult to choose clothes from x-tra because we don't want to look the same. But I guess there's nothing anyone can do.. I'm still happy that I got new shoes and corset from x-tra for the biggest metal-festival in Scandinavia
